Will Rice from The Drake Magazine recently posted a pretty cool article on how to make your own multipiece rod carrier for fishing travel. While this may apply more to fly fishermen who have multipiece rods, I think this could also be used for 2 piece rods for traditional spin or casting rods. Check it out here
